DOA Policy: Every order comes with ~10% more shrimp to account for expected die-offs. Weather conditions will be assessed prior to shipment to determine the best time to ship. This could result in a delay in your shipment. Shipments may come with a heat pack it temperatures warrant. If there is a large die off of over 20%, forward pictures of the dead shrimp in the bag they were shipped in to receive a credit on your next order. The proof of the dead shrimp will need to be submitted to us within one hour of delivery to ensure they were not left outside.  Then the purchase value of the dead shrimp will be credited to your next order. The tracking number will determine the delivery time and your one hour deadline. Less Stringent standards can be arranged with reoccurring customers.

Each order comes with male andfemale shrimp ofreproduction age. The Shrimp do coexist with fish and other aquatic life. A good rule of thumb is that if your fish do noteat other fish .5" or larger then they will likely not eat the shrimp.
