This listing is for a coral frag extremely similar to the coral frags pictured (and actually very possibly one of these exact corals) The photos were taken under a Red Sea LED, Coralife LED, or Kessil Tuna Blue LED light. You can clearly see that the pictures taken under a Red Sea or Kessil light make the corals look significantly better than under the budget-friendly Coralife light fixture. To correct the blue lighting, the photos were taken with orange and yellow coral lenses. Mushroom corals are very easy beginner corals - as a soft coral, they typically do not require any dosing other than regular water changes. They do not require target feeding and virtually any lighting system designed for reef aquariums will provide sufficient light for them. They grow great on any surface, from overflow boxes to shadowy crevices.Because this is a live animal, colors, shapes, and sizes may change (especially due to stress from shipping). The same coral will usually look different after arriving in your aquarium and will look different again after settling in and eating for a few weeks. If it can arrive on any two consecutive days, like a Thursday or a Friday, a two-day shipping option like Priority Express is fine.

DOA/Live Arrival Guarantee- If a coral/anemone arrives bleached or heavily damaged, take a clear picture of it in the original packaging and a clear picture of the lid of the packaging removed. Send us the pictures within two hours of delivery. For best success, we recommend slowly drip acclimating your saltwater invertebrates over about an hour to acclimate the coral to your mainly to your salinity, temperature, and pH.
