If you wish to have an aquarium without fish AND without algae, this silver statue of a mermaid might be the right choice.
Detached from a silver fruit plate, the mermaid is made of silver 875/1000 millesimal fineness with niello. The problem, however, is that the mermaid is not equipped with hallmarks of her own. The 1.75-kilo silver tray had hallmarks, but has been melted.
The only thing I've got to support my claim that the mermaid is real silver is a jewellery label belonging to the silver tray. The buyer of the mermaid will receive the said jewellery label (see photo).
The weight is 453 grams (almost 1 pound), equal to a spot price of $292.25 (as on 9 Sep 2023). Please note: Parts of the mermaid, or more precisely, the bolt and nut under the mermaid, might not be of silver.
Here, you may see how the mermaid looked like on the fruit approximate dimensions of the mermaid are 17 x 10.5 cm (6.7 x 4.1 in). The mermaid may be supported by a stone, be it, an amethyst geode or something from the beach. All you need is to find a stone whose size fits the mermaid and drill a hole.
The condition of the mermaid is excellent/as new, without damages.
