Overall a good value but cannot candle eggs with vast amount of light it produces, makes everything fuse together, unable to concentrate on one egg at a time. I like the day counter ,the humidity alarm and temp features. Seems to hold steady temperature and turn as needed. I am having trouble filling water from outside of the unit as I fear applying water onto electrical parts by mistake. So I open it to fill, After having had this for one incubation of chicks, I am no longer happy with it as some of my new born chicks fell beneath the plastic grid under the eggs and died, I had to remove the screws from the plastic grid in order to get to the chicks which fell into the water reservoir and died. If I can cover these crevices on both sides then I may be able to reuse this contraption but at present have no ideas on how to do this. I am saddened that this has that flaw and no longer feel it was a great deal........Read full review

It looked like a wonderful incubator temperature appear to stay consistent but humidity is way off and the alarm is constantly going off does not want to read correctly. The LED lights are wonderful for looking in there but they really do not candle the eggs. Where the water goes in is right by the fan and all the electrical. The egg turner part worked wonderful 0% hatch rate on both runs. Using my Little Giant the styrofoam one I usually have at least an 80% very disappointed with this one. Also that clear lid does not fit properly temperature though seems to still stay up okay. So really not sure why I had a 0% hatch rate. Several formed but died early off only two made it till just a couple days before hatch. Will try again at some point to see what I can do to change but right now I'm not going to put any good eggs in there and waste themRead full review

I have been successful in hatching many eggs. Your product's alarm system is questionable in its usefulness and extremely annoying . It frequently sounded and it was difficult to figure out how to program it from constantly sounding. The directions... though very simple to read... did not make sense. Were they written in China? The unit has nice features...but the alarm is obviouly unnecessary and will certainly hamper future sales.

This was fun and easy once you get the idea. The instructions leave alot to the imagination so it took me a lot of You tube to understand how to use it but once we got it it worked well. My kids were able to watch eggs hatch and had fun with everything.

This incubator took days for us to figure out. Very poor instructions, no pictures just very difficult to understand. The first chick to hatch fell right into one of the water chambers and drowned. These water chambers should be covered with screen because they are right at the level of the hatching surface. Very poorly designed. I ended up cutting down an ice cream pail enough so that it would fit in the incubator, put some paper towel in the bottom and then placing the eggs inside it so when they hatch they can’t fall in the water wells. If I had to buy an incubator today, I would never buy this one. You are really on your own trying to figure out how to operate it. It’s terrible!!
