Katey the Persian Cat

Katey was a special little girl. She was diagnosed with kidney disease at 6 years old and given about 6 months to live. Both kidneys were diseased so removing one was out of the question. She beat a lot of odds and lived close to 4 years longer. She liked riding my motorcycle with me when her "brother" a shih tzu was not feeling as needy for that particular day. He also missed her a great deal and spent the next couple of weeks laying next to her water dish.
I am still careful around him not to say her name as he looks around excitedly. KATEY you were very much loved and we both miss you so much. I was happy to ride with you that last time to the vet and passed naturally as I was visiting.......you were 1 of a kind
