Kozmo the Mixed Breed (Ginger) Cat

Kozmo was my buddy. He was a very vocal cat and would wake me up every night to get him some food. And it always had to be FRESH dry cat food. Leftovers from last night's dinner were not adequate.
When I lived in an apartment, I would come home from work and take him for a walk on a leash. He loved it! He would always stay near me and eat grass and chase bugs. When I would leave from work, he would sit on the picture window in my apartment and watch me leave, and then when I came home he was still there, waiting for me.
He was my little buddy.
When my new husband and I moved into our house, it was what Kozmo had always wanted: plenty of room and he could go outside anytime he wanted, without a leash! Every morning, I would open the front door and he would come running in telling me all about what had happened the night before. I would pick him and cradle his head between my shoulder and neck and just love on him while he purred. He would always lick my face, give me a little bite on the cheek, and then run off to play in the house. Everyone loved that little guy, including our dog Alex. Kozmo would give Alex baths and always slept with his paw on Alex's body somewhere. He was a good, loving cat and I miss him VERY MUCH. Bye Buddy. I love you!
