Yesterday witout any warning My best friend laid down and died. Bob had been very active, eating and drinking normally, playing with me and his sister (not a litter mate) Nicky. Then at 5:00 pm while he was outside, he went to the bottom of the stairs to come back in the house. He turned around layed down and died. Bob was and is my soulmate. Everyone who knew him loved him.. My heart is aching and I don't know what to do, or if there was anything i could have done. I immediately drove him to his vet, who said he was gone. How and why did my Bob who was happy, healthy and had no signs of distress, injury or illnes just suddenly die. How can i help Nicky? She seems so sad. Is she sad? Does she know Bob is gone? She kissed him when he was laying down just after he died then she went back up into the house. Is there anything i should do for Nicky. When will this pain go away. Bob, I love you so much. thank you for the years of love and loyalty you gave us. Everyone loved you Bob but noone loved me like you loved me. I will miss you always. If anyone can help me with how Nicky and I can get through this please reply.
