Bigfoot died with mom & dad holding him Christmas Eve of 2004. We still miss him all the time. He loved us unconditionally after we rescued him after his former owners moved and left him behind on his own. He would come into the nursery where hubby worked and steal food from the nursery cats bowels. They tried everything to to run him off, but he just kept coming back. The owners of the nursery were going to take him to a shelter, but we decidrd to adopt him instead. He spent the next 16 years being a faithful companion to us and the cats, kittens, and a senior dog that were rescued also. He allowed the kittens to crawel all over him and gently played with the others even though he was twice their size. There will never be another like him!
